ROLE: Senior Mechanical Engineer - Aircraft Structures
ROLE TYPE: Contract (12 Months)
LOCATION: Remote (UK or Europe)

THE ROLE:

You will report directly to the Head of Aircraft Structures and be work as part of the team responsible for designing and developing the structural components of the aircraft across the life cycle from concept through to detailed design, testing and into serial production. You will create certification related documents and check and approve of any technical 2D drawings for manufacturing release.

YOU:

To succeed in Senior Mechanical Engineer - Aircraft Structures position, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the aerospace industry along with a strong understanding of CAD systems, Siemens NX is preferred. A university degree in Aerospace or Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering is requires.
