I joined JAM in January 2012 as a Resourcer. I quickly progressed into an Account Management role where my focus was delivering interim solutions to BAE Systems. As well as BAE Systems, I have managed relationships with clients across a variety of industries from Aerospace & Defence through to FMCG.
I have now moved into a leadership role within our Resource Centre. My aim is for the Resource Centre to be capable of satisfying any of our clients needs, whether that be permanent or contract, UK or International, technical or non-technical, etc.
