Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Project Planner to add to their talented, hardworking team in Scotstoun on an initial 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering £40.94 per hour inside IR35 / Umbrella

The Role

* Responsible for the development & definition of Level 1 or Level 2 schedules from Statement Of Work (SOW) / Project Control Account (CA) requirements aligning
* Responsible for the Project budget derived from Control Account Plans.
* Monitor feedback and report on the network schedules to both internal and external customers.
* Highly experienced in analysing and proposing solutions to slippage of key milestones by reviewing critical and near critical paths.
You

Must have experience using Primavera P6 planning toolset. Ideally in engineering / or a construction environment.

* Comprehensive understanding of Planning Tools, key operating principles and other Integrated Business Systems (IBS)
* Strong understanding of network techniques and scheduling principles
* Proficient knowledge of Planning structures and principles (Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) etc.)
* The job holder demonstrates advanced IT skills and is proficient in the use of appropriate packages. (Primavera, Microsoft Office, etc)
* 5-10 years Planning experience desired or demonstrated skills
