Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organisation as a HVAC Design Engineer in either Glasgow or Portsmouth on a hybrid basis

Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a HVAC Design Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in either Glasgow or Portsmouth on a 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same.

Rate:

£42.08 per hour inside IR35 / umbrella

The role:

To undertake a defined range of detail design activities in line with all relevant processes and quality requirements, supplying advice and support to operations and other functions and ensuring defined objectives are achieved whilst continually maintaining quality and service requirements.
Stages 2 & 3 of HVAC Design Solutions

Knowledge & Skills:

- 2 Years' experience in engineering or a defence or related industry
- Possesses good knowledge of most aspects within their discipline.
- Able to perform analysis using recognised draughting and analytical tools and to make sound judgements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting responses in assigned areas to operational units or other activities.
