The Role
Within the Future Capability Accountant role, you’ll be responsible for:
Providing financial support to new business bids, contract delivery and company investment.
Working with bid managers and the commercial function to successfully complete the required finance activities
Preparing contract Status Reports, Sales and Margin Trading Plans, customer invoices, cost reports, trading journals, monthly balance sheets and monthly financial forecasts.
You
To succeed within the Future Capability Accountant role, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience of budget analysis, forecasting and variance analysis.
In addition, any experience of financial systems will be helpful.
