Our Project Controls division works with industry leaders across the UK to find candidates who deliver planning, costing and management of infrastructure and engineering projects. Job Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at JAM Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients. Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates. Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge. Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
