An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. This role is a hybrid position split between office (Warwickshire) and home.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll provide 2nd and 3rd line support to users in the field - users can include company employees, patients and clinical professionals. You'll conduct remote machine diagnostics, categorise level of repair, complete diagnostics, prepare reports (with justifications) and report back to stakeholders.
To succeed as a Technical Support Engineer within this business, it's absolutely essential that you have experience of troubleshooting electro-mechanical medical device equipment to systems level. Experience of interfacing with customers as part of a solution-based service process would certainly hold you in good stead.
