The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing a centralised and coordinated technical and engineering support function to support the automation, design and implementation of cutting edge, highly automated warehouses around the world. You'll respond to technical queries and act as a central point of contact between all stakeholders. This role will suit somebody who wants an office-based role with minimal travel - you'll definitely be using all your engineering knowledge but not in a hands on design or maintenance way.

To succeed in the role of Technical Support Engineer you'll need to have an engineering background (ideally mechanical and electrical) along with excellent communication skills. Any complex engineering industry will be considered but any automation or materials handling experience will certainly hold you in good stead.
