ROLE: Stress Engineer - Wings
ROLE TYPE: Contract (9 Months - extension possible)
LOCATION: Remote (UK or Europe)
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Stress Team Leader and working as part of a multi-disciplinary Development teams for the Aircraft Structures, you will be responsible for numerical modelling, conduction of simulations, post-processing and reporting of the results whilst working closely with engineers from Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Testing throughout the product development to develop a Wing Structure with excellent performance.
YOU:
To be successful in the Stress Engineer - Wings position, ideally you will have 5+ years' experience in structural analysis. A University degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is required for this role. For this position, ideally you will have an excellent knowledge of stress, damage tolerance & fatigue analysis methods.
