£42 per hour - outside IR35 (45 hours per week)
3 month initial contract

Essential skillset:
- At least 5 years experience as a Site Manager, managing Mechanical Construction projects (piping, HVAC, valves etc)
- Experience working for a Principal Contractor
- SMSTS qualification would be a desirable (SSSTS as a minimum)
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
- Experience running toolbox talks, H&S assessments and management
Desirable:
- Experience as a Site Manager for Building Management System or Building Automation System projects
