ROLE: Senior People Operations Specialist
ROLE TYPE: Contract (6 Months - possibility of extension)
LOCATION: Remote (UK or Europe)
THE ROLE:
For the role of Senior People Operations Specialist, you will provide support to the wider People Services team the help scale and drive efficiencies across the function within an international context. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries for your business area and provide support and knowledge to our international employees through their lifecycle in the business.
YOU:
To be successful in the Senior People Operations Specialist, you will have previously held a similar role with a minimum 5-7 years' experience. A strong knowledge of German labour law and extensive experience in tax, social security and employment law in Germany is required. An understanding in international relocation, visa and work permit processes would be advantageous.
