A technology company with over 35 years' experience servicing the Defence, Government and Business markets in the UK and around the world is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager - this position will be extremely varied and will have a significant impact on the business.
In this role you'll provide advice and guidance on contract, commercial and export matters across the business. You'll also guide and advise colleagues on commercial approaches to projects and take ownership of commercial compliance whilst acting as the commercial lead on external bids. The business is involved in multiple contracts and relationships, ranging from multiyear, multimillion pound development to service delivery contracts.
To succeed in this role, it's imperative that you have experience of a similar Commercial Management role within the IT or Defence sector. Any specific experience of government and MoD procurement practices will certainly hold you in good stead.
