Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your specialism, you will:

  • Lead cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management processes
  • Facilitate quantitative and qualitative risk assessments and manage risk registers
  • Produce accurate and insightful performance reports for senior stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience in one or more Project Controls disciplines
  • Experience working on high-value capital projects (£50m+ desirable)
  • Strong understanding of UK infrastructure and construction environments
  • Working knowledge of NEC Contracts and/or JCT Contracts
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MSP, Power BI, Excel, risk tools)
  • Willingness to travel to client and site locations across the UK
  • Professional accreditation (APM, RICS, PMI or similar) is advantageous but not essential.

What's on Offer:

This is a chance to play a key role in delivering some of the UK's most complex and impactful capital projects. You will be part of a growing, dynamic team where your expertise directly contributes to successful project outcomes.

The salary banding is £40,000 (junior-level) to £90,000 (director-level) DOE and offers a very good benefits package too.

You will be more than likely working on projects in the North East and Yorkshire but may have to travel/work outside of this scope from time to time depending on project demand.
