I have joined JAM Recruitment as a Principal Account Manager, focusing on placing Engineering talent into our Aerospace & Defence roles.
I have been brought in to focus primarily on the BAE Systems account to place Engineering talent on a permanent basis. After spending 10+ years focusing on IT/Technical recruitment, I'm relishing the challenge of a new industry/sector and becoming more knowledgeable in the world of Aerospace & Defence.
