The Role
Within the role of Product Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting and managing product and process design, development, test and evaluation activities on SAA products
Conducting and managing trials in a safe and suitable manner, from the trials planning stage to completion of the trial and presentation of the data
Preparing technical documentation, including reports, procurement specifications and requirement specifications
Conducting and supporting technical investigations
You
To succeed within the role of Product Development Engineer, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification and / or HNC/HND supported by complementary experience in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the development and industrialisation of products and processes in the Engineering industry
Experience with trials, tests and evaluation of products or processes
A good understanding of manufacturing techniques and assembly processes
