We work with some of the largest defence clients in the world and are speaking to top class engineering professionals every day so due to high demand we are expanding our team.
The team has been established for 12 years and led by our principals who have over 10 years' experience in this space which is why the team is currently 119% to target over the last 12 months. After taking on 3 new hires in the last 6 months, and successfully expanding our client base, we're ready for our next phase of growth.
We're looking for Principal Account Managers / Consultants at all levels who thrive on delivering a great customer experience through successfully managing the recruitment process. The clients are already signed up and our data base is world-class, so we've already got the tools, we just need the right people.
To succeed at JAM, you'll have a strong history of developing customer relationships by delivering professionals across a range of recruitment requirements. You'll be inquisitive, ambitious and self-motivated because in return, you'll receive:
