Are you an experienced Powder Coat Supervisor keen to support solutions within the manufacturing sector? If so, the following permanent role could be for you….

My client is a leading manufacturer of custom-made steel door solutions in the Stoke on Trent area. They are looking for a Powder Coat Supervisor to join them ASAP on a permanent basis working day shifts.

This role focuses on supporting the Powder Coating Team to ensure smooth operations while maintaining a strong emphasis on workplace health and safety.

This is a truly exciting time to join a market leading organisation with aggressive growth plans who are relocating to a brand new site in April 2024 in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a safe, clean, and organised working environment by setting the standard for the Powder Coating Team.
  • Ensuring that all NCRs are documented, and necessary preventive actions are implemented.
  • Reporting any equipment or operational faults to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team.
  • Providing support to the Senior Management Team in achieving production goals.
  • Conducting regular toolbox talks with the Powder Coating Team to enhance safety and performance.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all production outputs meet quality standards and are "Right First Time."

You will have:

  • Powder Coating experience
  • Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team
  • A familiarity with modern manufacturing processes
  • FLT License (desirable)
