I have worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, initially supporting employment opportunities within the contract market before moving to specialise within the permanent market. I have worked for JAM for over eight years and here have further indulged my passion for supporting people in their long term and permanent career goals, specialising in technical opportunities within the areas of Aerospace and Defence. I particularly enjoy the challenge and success of working with RPO clients although will gladly turn my hand to any opportunities!
Whilst not at work I enjoy the challenge of looking after and entertaining my three young children - life is never boring!
