Within the Logistics Administrator role, you’ll be responsible for:
Investigating and solving logistics queries, alerting the Customer Service Team Lead of any potential problems or customer dissatisfaction.
Applying initiative to progress chasing and identification of solutions and process adjustments to ensure continuous improvement implementation.
Liaising with the Customer/Logistics Warehouse operatives/Managers.
Attending team/Toolbox Talk meetings and actively contribute to process improvements.
To succeed within the Logistics Administrator role, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
Ability to utilise and problem solve on MoD mandated IT systems.
Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements/legislation.
Broad knowledge of partnering contractual obligations and warehouse procedures.
