Salary: £55-65,000.00 + Bonus + Benefits
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing an in-house Brexit compliant immigration practice from scratch.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Establish a Brexit compliant immigration practice from scratch
Develop and implement operational immigration practices & processes
Act as the SME on all immigration related topics
Lead strategic HR projects to improve organisational effectiveness
The Person:
Previous UK corporate immigration experience is an essential requirement
Additional global mobility or HR experience would be advantageous
Good judgement and analytical ability
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
The ability to build and manage relationships with peers and senior management
