An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Human Factors Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. This role is, initially, a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and is a hybrid role split between office (Warwickshire) and home.
The Role
As a Human Factors Engineer, you'll work closely with the Lead HF Engineer and support HF activities through the product development process including (but not limited to) assisting the development of user profiles, use scenarios for each product, identifying user interface characteristics and collecting and evaluating detailed information on how users interact with products.

To succeed as a Human Factors Engineer within this business, you'll need to either have experience of a HF role within industry or a relevant degree such as Human Factors, Ergonomics or Psychology. Any experience of working within a QMS would certainly hold you in good stead.
