HR Associate - 12 Month Contract initially - Samlesbury Based (Hybrid Working) - £21.96 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35
This is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Defence organisations based in Samlesbury (Hybrid working).
Duties: -
- Review/Development of processes to support Recruitment/Visa Services/Support Services
- Management and further development of the Recruitment Tracker with KSA and associated Dashboards
- Develop reporting against KPI's
- Development and implementation of the end-to-end sub-contractor process
- Working with key stakeholders on continuous improvement projects
The Individual
- Advanced Excel Practitioner
- Excellent Communication and Team Working skills
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Project Management/Project Control experience desirable
- Ability to prioritise own workload
