My client is an award winning FMCG business in Telford. They are looking for a Head of Finance to join them on a permanent basis at a time of exciting business change and ambitious plans for growth.
The successful Head of Finance will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team to provide directional financial information to the local and international Group, in a securely controlled environment.

You will be responsible for:
- Full operational financial responsibility for the Group
- Driving the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to create models and track and champion KPI corrective actions
- Translating financial data into actionable insights and operating plans to support key stakeholders in driving the business forward
- Bridging the commercial and operational functions to drive improvements
- Collaborative leadership for the implementation of SAP S/4Hana
- High quality consolidated financial and management accounts to the business and wider Group providing commentary on financial results
- Treasury management to maximise cash value and minimise financial risk
- Providing accurate and timely financial reporting enabling the business to make investment and operational decisions based on robust financial information
- Maximising the benefits of SAP by leading the Finance & Controlling implementation
You :
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW - highly desirable
- Experience in a FMCG environment
- Fully integrated SAP
- Working in a multinational group
- Experience of application of Group policies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills
