A rapidly growing supplier of special purpose machinery to the nuclear sector is looking for a Design Office Manager. The business has experience on every licenced nuclear site in the UK and is involved in projects from design concept right through to manufacturing and subsequent commissioning.

The Role

As their Design Office Manager you'll manage the engineering function's information and technology services including the training and development of engineering and project teams. At the same you'll provide management of the current SolidWorks installation whilst consistently reviewing it and PDM in order to ensure it's optimised for the business. In addition, you'll determine specific technical needs and priorities of the engineering function to support design / CAD activities.

To succeed in the role of Design Office Manager it's imperative that you have a very strong background within SolidWorks and a Design Office. Ideally, you'll have a relevant SolidWorks certification such as PPAP or CSWE.

The Package

As the Design Office Manager within this business, you'll receive a salary of up to £54,000 and other benefits including pension (6% employer contribution), private medical insurance, 25 days' (plus bank holidays) and flexible working.
