Design Engineer Mechanical - Portsmouth (Hybrid Working)- £33.72 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35 - 6 Month Contract initially.
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based in Portsmouth.
To undertake a defined range of detail design activities in line with all relevant processes and quality requirements, supplying advice and support to operations and other functions, ensuring defined objectives are achieved whilst continually maintaining quality and service requirement.
Experience required:-
- Working with mechanical systems such as Sea Water, Hot/Cold, Hydraulic etc.
- Knowledge of how to produce 2D and 3D drawings.
- Writing reports and Instillation solutions, Surveys onboard ships
Flexi working times but hybrid working depends which project the candidate is working on. Some projects can work from home on occasion, some cant.
