There are a number of roles available such as Trainee Recruiter, Resourcer, Experienced Recruitment Consultant through to Billing Team Lead and Business Development Managers.

You can be based from our offices in Warrington and, once trained, you can spend a couple of days working from home should you choose to. You'll be driven, passionate, and ambitious, which we will reward with a commitment to your career goals and fantastic commissions. If this is you, you are exactly who we need!

At JAM, we do things differently. We break recruiting down into three areas

  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Candidate Attraction

All of these areas are as important as each other so that's why commission is split equally across the three areas. We like to play people to their strengths, rather than asking people to do things outside of their comfort zone. By doing this everybody in their chosen field is contributing to the end goal with plenty of synergy and enjoyment.

JAM recently launched recruitment services in the USA. This is an exciting time to join JAM as this newly formed division will go from strength to strength over the next few years. Average recruitment fees in the US are 3 times the size of that here in the UK, so your commission for each placement is what it would be for a full placement in the UK and you only need to do a third of the recruiting lifecycle to earn that commission.

We offer an industry-leading salary and people who achieve their targets each month should expect an additional, uncapped, commission pay-out upwards of £3,000 per month. So whether you're interested in speaking to candidates, managing an account, or love business development we have an opportunity for you to flourish!


  • Significant experience of BD / Sales within a recruitment consultancy- please do not apply if you don't have this. Ideally at least some of your recruitment experience will have been in engineering / technical markets but this isn't essential.
