We have a great new role available in our Data Centre business for a Sales and Solutions Engineer to be responsible for the execution of technical engineering solutions and for this role you will have a great track record in engineering and complex solutions. You will be comfortable dealing with technical clients and C-level executives whilst working with the technical teams internally!
The Role:
You will be assisting the SVP of Sales and Business Development and the President of Europe with sales activities particularly within the large hyperscale customers. You will design proposal templates with latest schematics, diagrams and features and prepare and deliver technical proposals, design architectural overviews, and assist with customer visits. You will engage in detailed network, power, colling and space assessments of current and proposed environments. You will deliver technical proposals and design architecture documents for electrical and mechanical designs.
You:
You will have experience in an engineering field, experience of Mechanical and Electrical design, schematics would be ideal. Experience within HVAC design would be an advantage. You will be a strong communicator and experience of CAD systems would be great. Experience working in critical engineering with complex solutions would be desired so Data Centres, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Hospitals, Power Plants etc.
