The Role
Within the role of Systems Architect, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing the marine systems functional and operational architecture.
Engaging with the system design teams to reach an agreement on aspects of the architecture including areas of design change.
Liaising with other SE team members to capture, analyse and map the marine systems functional architecture.
In addition, you’ll also lead and chair architecture review meetings with customers/stakeholders/system designers.
You
To succeed within the role of Systems Architect, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
Experience in engineering or a defence or related industry.
Degree qualified (or equivalent) preferably in a technology, engineering or science related discipline.
Capable of using an architecting toolset to support the population of architecture information.
In addition, expertise and experience in the fundamentals of Model Based Systems Engineering and of Systems Architecting will be helpful.
