The Role
Within the Supply Chain Coordinator role, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the end to end management of order books including stakeholder management across multiple functions.
Analyzing and interpreting data.
Receiving, validating and accepting incoming Customer Spares and Repairs orders ensuring due Governance.
Supporting day to day management of order books using the systems and reporting tools available.
Assisting with the preparation of material to support Customer facing order book reviews.
In addition, you’ll also develop communication skills with internal and external customers including national and international partners under supervision.
You
To succeed within the Supply Chain Coordinator role, you’ll have experience in a similar position, and you’ll ideally have the following skills:
Experience of customer and supplier facing order book management in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Ability to build and foster robust and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and robust stakeholder management experience.
In addition, any experience of using MS Office toolsets, particularly Excel & PowerPoint will be helpful.
