We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our existing team onsite 5 days a week in Gloucester on a 6 month contract, working across the system lifecycle from test definition to customer acceptance and can directly influence the outcome of our projects.
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Analysing test requirements, designing and producing re-usable test scripts and specifying requirements for environments, data and test tools required
- Overcoming development obstacles to deliver quality testing on time
- Designing and executing performance test scripts, security tests and define and executing usability tests with the client
In addition, you'll also review test artefacts produced by peers and review test results and modify the test suite as necessary.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work involve, candidates must have the permanent right to work in the UK and have live SC Clearance.
