You can be based in Austin, Manchester or UK Remote (with a keen interest in relocating to Austin, TX) You will be driven, passionate, and ambitious, which we will reward with a commitment to your career goals and fantastic commissions. If this is you, you are exactly who we need!
Your role:
- Managing and running a full 360 desk, conducting B2B sales and recruiting of candidates in the Austin market.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Creating candidate pipelines in technical niche through active sourcing and headhunting
- Negotiating terms and conditions, outsource programs and project solutions
- Researching and attending community and technology events
- Helping the VP drive long-term recruiting partnerships within the Austin Technology Sector
- Successfully delivering against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You:
- Proven new business experience recruiting within the Technology Sector
- Experience of the North American market would be beneficial
- Experience working with CRM systems and web-based recruiting services such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- You must have the initiative to own your work and drive your success in a fast-paced environment/ market.
