The Background:

As a senior member of the mobility team you will have impact leading projects and delivering expert advice to a variety of stakeholders.

This is a role for an individual who thrives on being an expert in their field, working collaboratively in a fast paced and challenging environment and using your extensive technical knowledge to offer pragmatic but innovative solutions.

You will be an impactful leader and able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical issues that are key to your clients and colleagues. You will have strong experience of working within global mobility. Passionate and enthusiastic, you will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within our fast moving and changing environment.


The Role:

As the Senior Global Mobility Consultant you will be the go to expert for mobility advice. In this role you will provide expert advice to all stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring the company achieves its strategic agenda and educating key stakeholders on policy and process.

Including:

 Educating the business and key stakeholders on mobility policy and process
 Prioritising personal and team workloads in a timely and effective manner
 Ensuring that the team have the knowledge and skills to operate effectively and efficiently, providing training and support when required
 Creating, updating and maintaining all mobility operational processes
 Supporting the Global Mobility Director to ensure that objectives and strategy are delivered
 Setting up operational documentation for new processes and policies
 Managing mobility vendor relationships
 Ensuring mobility pages on the intranet are maintained, accurate and up to date
 Managing all mobility report requests and regular reporting requirements


The Person:

Technical:

To succeed in this position you will have proven experience in global mobility management including;

 Experience in leading and managing projects
 Writing processes and procedures,
 Compensation methods such as balance sheet approach,
 Constructing and implementing guides or tool-kits,
 Managing audits
 A strong knowledge of immigration, tax and regulatory compliance,
 Expert mobility and expatriate tax knowledge, with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of tax compliance and having managed difficult tax issues in the past;
