Due to continued investment, this leading-edge manufacturing business is currently in the midst of a huge recruitment drive and is looking for a Remote Working Senior Certification Engineer (Outside IR35) to join their growing team on a 18 month contract!

The Role
Within the role of Remote Working Senior Certification Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Support the Chief Engineer - Certification, working with the functional certification leads to develop certification requirements, plans, compliance means, compliance evidence and reports.
- The definition and control of the Type Design configuration, including change management, interfacing with the Configuration Management function and the design office using Teamcenter software.
- The aircraft level documentation suite including aircraft specification, functions, description, and development plan.
In addition, you'll also ensure project management data and KPIs are effectively maintained, analyse this data to provide insight into the progress of your projects and assist in resolving any issues arising.
You
To succeed within the role of Senior Certification Engineer, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in complex aircraft development projects
- Participated in at least one aircraft or highly integrated system certification program; familiar with different stages of development, integration and certification.
- Strong preference to candidates with experience of SC-VTOL and SC-EHPS
In addition, good knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management tools and requirements management tools will be helpful.
