The European arm of a US owner operator of Hyperscale Data Centres is looking for a BIM Modeller. This permanent role has been created to support the launch and rapid expansion of the business across Europe - this growth is in part due to acquisition and in part due to new site builds.
The Role
As their BIM Modeller you'll be part of a team that leads design and engineering for the largest cost centre within the construction process. You'll be accountable for modelling tasks, Revit model management and high level assistance to client requestion. You'll need to communicate regularly with electrical, mechanical and BMS professions as well as the construction management team.

To succeed in the role of BIM Modeller you'll need to have advanced knowledge of both Revit (MEP) and Navisworks along with proven experience in managing the design co-ordination process. Any experience of the data centre industry will certainly hold you in good stead.
