We are seeking an experienced Resourcer to contribute to our ongoing success. You should have a minimum of 12 months of recent technical recruitment experience, preferably within engineering or IT. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will liaise with candidates and clients daily in this fast-paced opportunity. Organisational skills are vital too, as you'll seamlessly manage multiple tasks.
This is a hybrid role based at our Cheadle office, with 2-3 days each week spent on-site. It comes on the back of business growth and a new client win - an exciting time to join!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and sourcing skilled candidates
- Headhunting passive candidates
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Building an extensive network of contacts
- Promoting roles by crafting engaging job adverts
