We work with some of the world's largest engineering businesses and are speaking to top class engineering professionals every day, so due to high demand we're looking for an ambitious and dedicated leader to deliver upon the next phase of JAMs account development strategy.
The Recruitment Team Leader will deliver an excellent customer experience by directly managing the full recruitment life cycle and implementing innovative recruitment solutions. You'll be developing established customer relationships through direct delivery, building a focused candidate talent pool and utilising your success stories to open new opportunities within the target market. To support that delivery, you'll be responsible for building and managing a team who will consistently achieve set business objectives.
With case studies spanning 20 years and a team currently 121% to target in the last 12 months, JAM has a great foundation but is searching for an innovative Leader who can really make their own mark. To be successful, you'll have the following:
Strong history of delivering permanent recruitment solutions into engineering businesses
Track record of achieving sales targets
Developing customer relationships through strong networking and relationship management
An ambition to build a successful sales team
You'll also have an inquisitive nature, be ambitious and passionate as well as motivated to really make an impact both internally and externally.

A competitive salary in line with your experience (£45k - £55k) & uncapped commission/bonus structure (OTE £90k)
