A technology company with over 35 years' experience service Defence, Government and Busines in the UK and around the world is looking for a Project Support Officer to join a team of specialists working on a complex IT convergence project.
In this role you'll provide the Programme Manager and the Project team with technical assistance in the co-ordination, control and planning of the project - you'll collate project plans, contribute to issue resolution and engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a top quality PMO.
To succeed in this role, it's imperative that you have experience of a similar Project Support role with a good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Ideally this experience will have been gained on IT projects (but other industries such as engineering may be considered). Experience in the defence sector will certainly hold you in good stead.
