A global defence organisation is recruiting a Project Control Manager work from their Bristol office on a hybrid basis (2 days / week in the office on average). You'll be working on some of the most critical defence projects for a company that strive to create a safe and secure world.
Role
As a Project Control Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering project estimation and cost management to the wider team whilst managing the professional development of the team, ensuring a strong cost estimation community is maintained. In addition, you'll work closely with the Project Controls Lead in developing a team of talented cost management professionals.

To succeed as the Project Control Manager, you'll need significant experience within a cost estimating / cost management role. You'll have a background in cost forecasting, performance reporting (EVM) and quantitative risk analysis. Furthermore, you'll have previously led large projects with an emphasis on cost performance and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Package
Along with a salary of up to £78,000p/a plus 25 days' holiday, you'll be joining a company that understand the importance of a work-life balance. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, typically working 2 days a week at their Bristol office, and the remaining days at home.
