The European arm of a US owner operator of Hyperscale Data Centres is looking for a Construction Cost and Finance Analyst / Project Accountant. This permanent role has been created to support the launch and rapid expansion of the business across Europe - this growth is in part due to acquisition and in part due to new site builds. The role is available on a hybrid model - 3 days in the office in London and 2 days at home.
The Role
As a Construction Cost and Finance Analyst you'll contribute to critical functions relating to the company's finance and growth strategies. You'll have visibility within their executive teams in both North America and Europe and your responsibilities will include maintaining our construction cost database, supporting CAPEX forecasting and modelling along with assisting in construction budget development.

To succeed in the role of Construction Cost and Finance Analyst you'll need to be at least PQ (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) along with experience of a similar role. Any experience of the construction industry will certainly hold you in good stead.
