An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product is looking for a Production Supervisor to work on a product that really makes a difference to people's lives.
The Role
As Production Supervisor you'll be a Team Lead for Line Operators on a growing site - the team will consist of 8 to 10 Operatives and the role is on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 6-2 and 2-10. In addition, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the supply of materials to and from the Cleanroom meets the build requirements along with goods received and goods despatched whilst also, in conjunction with the Plant Manager, formulating production schedules.

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you'll have team leading experience within a production line environment (and ideally, but not essential, a clean room). Please note that this role would not suit somebody from a food manufacturing background. Any experience of a regulated industry and / or process engineering would certainly hold you in good stead (as would production scheduling and / or GMP experience).
