This privately owned medical device company, which was spun out from a FTSE250 engineering company, is looking for a Lead Production Operative to join their growing team. The company has developed a product that is seen as a "game changer" so this is an exciting opportunity for you to really make a difference to people's lives.
The Role
As Lead Production Operative you'll be a Team Lead for Line Operators on a growing site. In addition, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the supply of materials to and from the Cleanroom meets the build requirements along with goods received and goods despatched whilst also, in conjunction with the Plant Manager, formulating production schedules.

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you'll have team leading experience within a production line environment (and ideally, but not essential, a clean room). Any experience of a regulated industry and / or process engineering would certainly hold you in good stead (as would production scheduling and / or GMP experience).
