The Background:
This multinational organization is currently hiring an on-site Global Mobility Consultant based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the relocation of VIP, C-Suite, senior level executive moves.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the relocation processes for high level corporate executives
Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through on-going communication
Provide feedback on service and operational processes and issues that affect the achievement of client and company goals
Developing and implementing account specific plans and strategies in conjunction with Director to achieve revenue, volume and profit goals
Liaising with company business units; ability to demonstrate project management skills to high level client expectations
Ensuring that client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of excellent service
Tracking exceptions to relocation policy and communicate trending to management, client and staff, recommend specific actions to reduce costs/add value
Participating in special projects as needed, including client presentations, client/supplier training
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of handling VIP, senior level relocations and the associated issues. Applicants must have excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills with a constant focus on quality and customer service.
