An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product that really makes a different to people's lives is looking for a Consumables Engineering Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working agreement between the office and home.
The Role
As their Consumables Engineering Manager you'll be responsible for a small team who oversee the specification, design and production of consumables - this will include injection moulding and plastic assembly processes. In addition, the team is responsible for compliance, reliability, V&V, performance and cost optimisation and also undertakes NC and CAPA investigations.

To succeed in this role you'll need to have experience of a similar engineering role within the medical device industry involving disposables / consumables / single use. You'll also, ideally, have direct line management experience but you'll definitely have mentoring experience as a minimum. Any experience of high-volume manufacturing will certainly hold you in good stead (as would experience with SolidWorks and / or CAPA processes).
