A leading company is seeking an Associate Director at various proficiency levels to join their expanding team, specialising in Defence projects. This hybrid role typically requires 2-3 days of in-office work, with positions available at two sites: Bristol & Plymouth.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you'll be you will be required to oversee and manage the Project Controls functions for large Defence projects. Ensuring that the schedules, budgets and quality standards are adhered to. You will lead a team of Project Controls professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve project success.
The Person
To succeed as an Associate Director, you'll need to understand planning structures and principles. Be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and have demonstrable stake holder management experience. Also, you'll need previous experience in Defence related projects or a similar Critical Safety Environment. Other desirable skills include Earned Value Management, NEC3/NEC4, Power BI and Critical Path Analysis. Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required to go through security clearance process.
The Package
As an Associate Director, you'll be on a salary up to £85,000p/a depending on experience. In addition, there are other benefits included such as a good pension scheme, a true commitment to your development and career progression.
