This growing medical device business, which was spun out from a FTSE250 engineering organisation, is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The business has developed a "game changing" product so this is an exciting opportunity for you to really make a difference to people's lives.
The Role
As their IT Service Delivery Manager you'll support the growing business and ensure IT services meet the business' expectations by collaborating with various stakeholders to build an IT service structure that can enable their employees to excel. Your key responsibilities, in this standalone role with no direct reports, will include elements of the following:
- Business Applications Management
- Compliance
- Infrastructure and Security Management
- Project Delivery

To succeed in this role it's imperative that you'll have experience in a similar role which will include a background in IT service design, delivery, project management and supplier management (ideally including outsourced partners).
