A globally recognised company is actively seeking a Global Mobility Manager to join their remote team. You'll act as an internal advisor and subject matter expert, covering the full assignment process.
The Role
As the Global Mobility Manager you'll be:
> Liaising with senior management and company stakeholders on a regular basis
> Advising on global mobility policies and processes
> Ensuring consistent compliance for all assignments
> Acting as a point of escalation for the global mobility team
> Advising assignees and management on complex global assignment cases
The Person
To be successful in the role of Global Mobility Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:
> Previous global mobility experience ideally gained within an in-house or Big-4 environment.
> Confidence liaising with senior management and company stakeholders
> Excellent numerical and analytical skills
> Strong relationship management skills
> Previous experience of AssignmentPro, highly desirable.
