An innovative Medical Device business with a market leading product is looking for a HR Business Partner - the business has designed and produced a product that really makes a difference to people's lives. This permanent role is available on a hybrid working basis - 3 days in the office (Warwickshire) and 2 days flexible.
As a HR Business Partner you'll take a business partnered approach to HR within a fast-growing multi-site business. You'll need to work closely with managers to enable workforce performance through the people agenda whilst identifying key areas of development across the business from a people perspective - as well as identifying these areas, you'll be expected to take ownership and make recommendations for solutions.
To succeed in the role of HR Business Partner, you'll need to have experience of a business partnering role within an engineering or manufacturing business. You'll also need to enjoy a role where you take ownership and accountability for driving the HR agenda forward. Any specific comps and bens experience would certainly hold you in good stead.
