The Background:

Reporting to the Director, the Relocation Services Manager will be responsible for providing a top tier service to a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients. Managing a small team of experienced consultants you will ensure all aspects of the relocation life cycle, from posting to repatriation/retirement, are delivered in a 100% accurate, timely and confidential manner.

The Role:

The Relocation Services Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Leads the daily operations of the team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions

As determined by the Director effectively handles a modified caseload to include VIP or speciality files and manages the relationships on day-to-day issues.

Manages both internal and external resources to meet the needs of the assignee.

Provides the highest levels of customer service by communicating effectively with all internal/external resources.

Supports the Director in all staff training & RFP activities

Assists in auditing data and reports

As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of the team.

Stays current with the global mobility industry trends and standards.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: global mobility/relocation, immigration and the associated issues. Applicants must have proven people management experience with the ability to manage performance, coach & mentor others. Finally, the ability to build relationships and communicate in a clear and confident manner is essential.
