The Background:
This leading in-house multinational is actively seeking a Global Mobility Expert to lead and support the development and implementation of a Global Employment Company (GEC).
The Role:
Review current operating model and mobile worker demographics.
Analyse and validate the key business drivers and needs of the new model.
Recommendation of optimisation opportunities or new model and plan for next phase for business sign off.
Report outlining key drivers and priorities, relevant quantitative analysis and recommended optimisation priorities or model for business review and sign off.
Undertake due diligence and agree future model and supporting structure.
Prepare detailed model architecture including the identification of key workstreams, activities and resources .
Develop transition plan for implementation.
New deployment model and GEC design blueprints; implementation project plan for business review and sign off.
Implementation of new model.
Ongoing administration of the new model including the implementation and review of KPIs, SLAs and other performance related measures.
Review of GEC administration to include the evaluation of performance related measures.
The Person:
Previous global mobility / international HR industry experience
Experience of developing and implementing a Global Employment Company (GEC)
Strong stakeholder management experience
Project management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment where resources are often shared across projects.
Solid understanding of, and experience with, methodology used to deliver assigned projects.
Strong PC skills and Microsoft software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
