Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a eCommerce Business Analyst to add to their talented, hardworking team in based in Southport with initial remote working during COVID. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering a salary between £40,000 - £45,000.

The Role

Within the role of eCommerce Business Analyst you'll be responsible for:

Gathering, understanding and translating the business requirements for the project or feature request into functional specifications or clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
Evaluate the technical impacts and other business or change impacts that come as a result of the solutions you produce.
Supporting analysis activity in order to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.

You

To succeed within the role of eCommerce Business Analyst, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:

Extensive analysis experience either with Ecommerce systems - Solid experience and background in Ecommerce role.
Experience of capturing business requirements and translating into technical solutions / technical solutions meet business requirements within current projects / feature request.
Desirable analysis experience with ERP system (Reflex).
Experience in a B2B, wholesale, logistics or retail.
Experience of Ecommerce systems i.e. Magento.
Agile methods for requirements gathering, analysis, design
Experience of working with Agile practices, processes & culture i.e. EPiCs, JIRA/Trello story planning tool, Sprint Planning, Storypoint estimating, SCRUM process, Kanban, groom backlog
